Post or Courier

Although we send most of our product through Australia Post, we may sometimes choose to send via Fastway Couriers for some orders. If this is the case, you will not be charged extra for this service.

Postage Pricing

The prices for postage and packaging in the shop are standardised online prices. If you order through the online shop or through the fax or email with the order form the postage will be charged at exact rates for Australia Post.

Handling Fee

A handling and packing fee of $1.50 + GST will be charged on every order regardless of size.

Missing Orders?

We use tracking for most of our orders. If you are waiting on a delivery and are concerned that it may have been lost, please contact us.
